  The FedEx ground driver that picks up for us is great. His name is Adam he works with the Halden team. He is always on time for pick up and is wrapping the pallets to make sure they are secure in the truck for our company. They do a great job! We appreciate them!

  FedEx I don't even get me started. How can't you follow simply instructions and why does your customer service gave me the run around thanks for lost over 1,000.00 worth of stuff. I know your short staffed and can't change delivery time but when it says don't come on Sunday or Monday listen. Use the doorbell on the side so we know your here. Rant and vent over. At least the FedEx cross the street they are super friendly and nice and try to help.

  1 out of every 4 packages i get delivered actually make it from fed ex. The others are either stolen by the driver, dumped or delivered to the wrong address. The most recent one, my dogs food, that was supposed to be here days ago, has not arrived yet and we were told that was due to weather conditions(even though there aren't any weather conditions). Still no package today and again with the weather issues... then all of a sudden a fed ex truck pulls up!... with my roommates delivery 😡 They lie. I will not be using them again.
