I needed help unloading a couple of heavy things from a truck. Other guys helping me were able to get them unloaded. I called TM&T to cancel. They charged me for an hour ($149), and never told the guys to turn around. I got voice mails saying they were 20 minutes away, and that they had arrived, nearly an hour after I had called. Won't call them again and don't recommend them

Mr. Grover, unfortunately same day cancellations carry minimum charge of an hour ($149) fee. This was explained by our sales representative during the initial call as well as communicated via email when the confirmation of the job was sent. With the high demand of our services, this deposit allow us to reserve the equipment and resources for the job and guarantee availability on the day of the move.
