  Best moving company around Boston area. The guys are very nice and are very professional in what they do. I was overwhelmed because I hate moving and taking the time to do so, however this was actually a great experience. I had all my stuff organized already ready to move, once they came, they picked everything up and took it to the truck in less than 15 min. It took them less than an hour moving everything I think and everything got to the destination well. The cost for it was very reasonable too so I’m glad. many companies want to abuse you with their costs specially when you’re a young lady that lives alone. They were very honest. I left them a good tip, so don’t hesitate to appreciate their hard work too. Great experience!

  Amazing SERVICE!!! My Executive had a shipment picked up from Massachusetts and delivered yesterday to Maine. When setting up the service, the first deal fell through and as he was timely in updating them, they returned 100% of the deposit. On both pickup's they offered extra assistance in connecting with seller to make it happen. They delivered on the earliest date feasible and then found a way to make delivering a heavy piece of furniture down an icy street with a hand cart! Everyone was AMAZED!! Also, Dan from dispatch made sure the team delivering was kept in the loop the entire time. All that needs to be said is, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you need a delivery company, don't hesitate to reach out to them!!!

  Horrible move experience all around. The two men put a hole in our wall going down the stairs, which caused damaged to our Restoration Hardware chest. They also managed to break the plastic off our Peloton and not inform us until we noticed it. They left half the stuff in our bedroom still wrapped in blankets and did not even unwrap the stuff. I had to dispose of their dusty dirty blankets. They charged us well over what it should have taken to move one bedroom 2 miles down the road... did not even offer any discount based on half our stuff damaged and how long these two guys took. I spoke with other residents in my building who paid far less for far more to be moved, they absolutely took advantage of the situation with these two unprofessional guys who took forever. I talked to Dan on the phone about it and he had no remorse for any of this. They were very unprofessional, I have worked with tons of movers and this was absurd. To top it off, they didn't take my peloton weights off the truck. I've emailed and called Dan for a week and cant get a response back. When are you going to return my items? Disgusting horrendous experience, I'm not one to write a review like this but I don't want anyone to experience something like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
