  If I could give a negative number I would....Absolutely the worst, most dishonest moving company out there. I've heard many nightmare stories, but 2 Men and A Truck tops them all. DO NOT USE THEM TO PACK OR MOVE YOUR GOODS CROSS COUNTRY. 1) During covid I sent videos of the contents of my homes as no one would come in person to give appraisals. After repeated assurances from the company that all my goods would fit in the trucks, I signed the contract. They packed my goods in my OR home then tried to pack the truck. I received a call from a friend who was monitoring the situation (as I was driving cross country to beat the moving van) and was told at least 1/3 of my items would not fit in the truck. 1/3-approximately $30,000 worth of goods left. I called 2 Men and a truck and told them I was holding them liable. The operations manager in Livermore, CA, actually resorted to EXTORTION (used threats to compel me to give him money). He called the driver and told him to unpack the truck. If I wanted all my goods moved (the new home owners were coming the next day and all goods needed to be out of the house) I had to pay the entire moving fee up front in cash. I had no alternative at the time. Luckily a friend went to the bank and gave the insidious company rep the cash. 2) BROKEN-I was told they had professional packers. Would a professional packer throw a cast iron pan on top of irreplaceable French China? I think not. Over 1/2 if the items that actually made it to the new location were broken. A $35,000 dining table was damaged beyond repair. The china was shattered. The sofa ripped, the Peloton damaged. I could go on, and on, and on, and on. 3) The movers on the other end did not even finish the job. They left the entire garage full of furniture and boxes-said they could only work so long per company rules. I had to hire more people to finish their job. TOTAL cost of 2 Men and A truck's negligent and could be argued intentional destruction, mishandling and ineptness is approximately $75,000!!!!! The full coverage insurance I purchased won't even cover 1/10 of that. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

  They have lied about their damage claim process. They do not honor their paperwork they file with your state! DO NOT USE! I have attempted to reach out to corporate to fix the local issue out of Greenville, SC with no help! I have attempted to reach their franchise owner Bryan Feldman with no response. I need a resolution for the damaged items from your company!! BELIEVE the reviews, DO NOT use this company!

  I had a horrible experience with their management team (3 managers). I requested 2 trucks 4 men, what I got was one truck at 8:30am and the second truck 4 1/2 hours later when the move was almost done. Then they consistently acted like they did me a favor by giving me 6 guys, when the extra 2 guys were do to the lack of the second truck. I spoke to manager Ryan that day which basically told me he was going to charge me for 1 truck for guys as if he was doing me a go or. You can’t charge me for people or a truck who were not there. Then I talk to Ron the Operations manager who basically co-signed for Trent. Then today I have a manager Ryan call me 4 days after my move and tell me the movers bonus would be impacted after I repeatedly stated the movers were awesome my issue is with the scheduling of the trucks. I then asked for the number to their corporate office and was told I could look it up and he then proceeded to disconnect the call. I will never recommend this company. Their management is horrible and lack basic customer service skills. I feel sorry for their drivers and really hope their bonuses are not impacted as once again they were awesome, unfortunately can not say the same for the rest of their team.
