While they do offer a valuable service be aware that they will charge you for more gas than you actually use. I drove no more than five miles in one of their pickups and was charged for FOUR gallons. I verified with them and they said that the truck gets about 16 miles a gallon. Its bad enough that they charge inflated prices for the gas but to charge for more than what you actually use is not cool. Three stars just because they were there when I needed them and that they're nice.

Hitch Instal Service. Drop-off only. I came here for a hitch instal and it went flawlessly. This is a drop-off only location and I came here on Monday morning when they opened. I walked around the neighborhood and it took them about 1 hour. Note, they begin work on the hitches around 8:30AM even though they open at 7:30. I made my appointment over the phone. It went well. I thought everyone was friendly and professional.

Asked for a 1 day extension on my trip thinking it wouldn't be too expensive and he refused to tell me how much it would cost over the phone. Ended up being $100 dollars extra for the day. Deceptive
