I rented pick up truck . Used for a few hrs returned the truck. 2 weeks later charged 198.00 dollars on the premises their was something damaged. I paid for insurance on the vehicle and was still charged over draft my bank card . Something screwy is going at this location. Be very attentive when dealing with this location. But I will be visiting personally in the very soon . Called the number uhaul call center couldn't do anything they are idenpendantly owned. Hopefully they have answers when I get their. This is unacceptable 2 weeks later . And I went their two days later to return unused boxes and cleared the account with said location to come with this nonsense. It would behoove them to straighten this out before I get their. Because whatever fu$&ery they got going on I'm not the one . What is the purpose of insurance. Even if that's true their was damage .

This Uhaul establishment is very unprofessional, and unorganized. They charged me twice and refused to refund me my payment. Even after showing email confirmation, along with confirmation number. I also provided receipts as well. Therefore I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this horrible situation. I also with seek further actions.
