What an absolute joke. I reserved my truck and other equipment a MONTH in advance and they said they don’t have the equipment and I have to go to another U-Haul more than 20min away. Don’t go here.

Terrible customer service,we saw one rude arrogant manager treating a white couple with extreme ugliness. I also witnessed a black couple treated better by this same rude manager. This is not acceptable !

Very friendly and prompt service! I had to unhook my car which was done with ease, courteousness, and clear communication. I then returned the truck with three minutes to spare until closing and I wasn’t given any attitude. The gentleman even helped me carry blankets from the truck to my car which is above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you!
