I’ve used several storage companies throughout the year, and this has been the best experience by far!!! I’m really impressed with the customer service— Rob is FANTASTIC! The units are well-lit, clean, and spacious. I also love that they provide rolling carts and have an elevator. Rates are reasonably priced and especially for what you get in return. Would recommend this location to anyone!!! Do yourself a favor and let your search stop here. You won’t be disappointed!

This is my second experience with extra space, but in a different location. The Doie Cope location is clean and well kept. The front desk worker, Jerry W, was so kind and helpful. Truly exceeded my expectations of what it means to use a storage facility. I pray that they continue to uphold this quality of service and cleanliness as the years go by. Great experience.

Thermostats are coated in white paint or fake snow so you can't see the humidity level. It was but this way when i started my lease. I have talked to other tenants on site that have had their furniture ruined from the climate control. My stuff has been fine but someone is trying to cover up the humidity level. Street light does not been operating when i have been at night.
