Our Uhaul was cancelled not once but TWICE. The first time we received a message fifteen minutes AFTER pick up time that the previous renter did not return our 26’ truck. We rescheduled for the following weekend and upon calling to confirm, we were told we had no reservation and nothing was available. I spoke with Corina and she was terribly rude and unhelpful. I called customer service and was promised a 26’ truck on Saturday. Friday night I received a message saying they were sorry, but there was no truck available. Our company lost thousands of dollars as our warehouse remained packed up for two weeks because of these oversights. I can understand one mistake, but leaving us without a truck last minute TWICE is unacceptable. Please stop running your business out of mechanic shops because the customer service is deplorable. Get it together, U-haul!

The gentleman who checked me in was very unprofessional. He was rude, texted or whatever he was doing on his phone the entire time and seemed to be bothered when I asked questions. I will not be returning after this first month that has been paid.
