  Someone called two days prior to confirm the vehicle. Provides all requirements ahead of time so pick up was a breeze. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with the alignment on the first vehicle, but they quickly helped me get a new one with no issues or fanfare. Great attitudes- super friendly and caring. Very great experience. Highly Recommend this location.

  We were traveling to have Tesla fixed in EP and our truck ended up needing a new rim and tire. This uhaul place let us leave our already rented uhaul trailer there till the next day. We did have to purchase a lock for it but we are overall blessed they let us leave it there. Thank you guys.

  The absolute best damn service I've ever had at any Uhaul, hands down. The level of customer service was phenomenally superb. Price was fair and actually cheaper than a car rental. This will bring me back for future business. All the staff I interacted with was great. Even this new guy that started the day I returned the truck didn't even have a uniform on yet and his level of customer service was amazing. Thank you all so much. To U hauls main management, there is an issue, however. Trying to rent something if you're a Canadian is extremely hard; however, if you're renting a uhaul in Canada, there's no issues. It seems as if your programming and or software needs tweeking. Also, using an app to reserve something is a little ridiculous and made me want to not use your services. Once again, thanks to the staff for being awesome!
