The man working in the morning has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Man needs a job where he doesn’t interact with any living being, neither humans nor animals, his attitude is terrible. Danielle on the other had is amazing. The man needs to take lessons from her on how to speak and treat customers. I hope Danielle is the manager and she can counsel this employee. U-Haul, give Danielle a raise The guy who comes in after 11 is also great too. He’s been nothing but a gentleman when I’ve worked with him.

The manager and the assistant manager were wonderful! I booked a U-Haul at Affordable Furniture and the truck was not there. I quickly booked at Fulton Industrial and the service was amazing. The Assistant Manager was kind and patient and quickly helped me get the truck. The manager was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. i am very thankful for both of these wonderful people.

My original pick-up location was not open and did not have my requested truck for my reservation. Which was a horrible U-haul experience and inconvenience for my families moving experience. There should be a better way of confirming that your authorized dealers are capable of representing U-haul in positive manner. The U-haul phone representatives were unhelpful as well, with multiple transfers to other representatives that could not address my issue with my reservation. One representative should be able to handle all customer issues and concerns.
