Juan was great. My original contract wasn't found when I came to "move in" to the unit. He got me up and going and also let me know that if the unit I reserved was too small, he could get me into a larger unit. Turns out, we needed the bigger unit. He helped upgrading that. Then fixed the swiper key to arm the doors. All with patience and a smile on his face. Thanks Juan!

Update: finally got a hold of customer service and they made it right!! The store itself never called me back but I found another customer service email. It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of a human. Been trying to call and email since Saturday regarding an overcharge regarding a rental van. When I received it, it was filthy but I had no other choices. They double charged me saying I returned the Uhaul late, but I didn’t that’s just when they processed it. If I’m wrong on the bill, I’d love to hear an explanation but again, you can’t get a hold of a human being.
