Got my trailer hitch installed here and stayed for the install. All the employees were super friendly at the front desk. As I sat in their waiting area everyone said hi or how are you doing or can they get me something to drink as they passed by. They were so friendly and welcoming! I had my infant with me who started crying for a bottle and I had 3 employees ask if I needed warm water for it. My hitch install took about 2 hours and was done in the middle of me feeding my kiddo. They told me to take as much time as I needed, it was no rush. Very grateful to their team for making this experience as stress free as possible for me!

James Lenhart was the technician who installed my hitch and not only did he answer all my questions but he made sure I understood what I needed and why. He showed me how to attach the ball mount and the locking pin and took the time out to ensure I was informed and I can not stress how much I appreciate that. Honestly, the whole store was friendly and after having such a positive experience I told my coworker and he had a positive experience as well. I took the time out to write this because it's people like James that create devoted customers.

DO NOT ATTEMPT HITCH/RECEIVER INSTALLATION. Uhaul does not have parts, but they will gladly take your money and set a reservation. They will not tell you if your reservation can't be kept, so you'll either show up to be turned away, or attempt to call ahead to be routed to their call center (you will not be able to get anyone on the phone from the location). Your best bet at this time is to purchase parts somewhere else and have installed at a mechanic able to do installations.
