  "As a 70-year-old woman I've used U-Hauls for storage all over this country for at least 50 years. Most recently I've spent about the last 8 years storing my stuff at the one on the hill in St Louis Missouri. Being a poor person and writing the income roller coaster that goes along with that I've had to get creative with my attempt to keep my stuff in storage, and not lose it because of non-payment. Now I never didn't pay, but I've often times over the years had to run a month behind which makes big complications for the people in the office. The girl I spoke with most often at this location, and I've not met her in person is Lawanda. I'll tell you what from dealing with people working in U-Haul offices over all these years this gal is the most patient understanding while being professional. She is very gentle at giving bad news and has really been kind to me through my struggles to get on top of my finances which I have finally done. Of course this place is very easily accessible, perfectly located. But it's just the best U-Haul I've ever rented from over all these years as far as cleanliness maintenance and just the overall feeling of confidence that your stuff is respected. I don't think personality can necessarily be taught in training programs, but if it could I would really think that Lawana would be very well suited to head up training programs for a new hires at U-Haul. I just can't say enough about this place in about her. A girl named Christine just took over running the place and once again I'm just stunned and amazed at how professional yet personable she is as well. I'm going to stop talking now because I was starting to sound like some kind of starstruck idiot. But people should just know when something is good."
