  U-Haul is a great place to get a tow hitch package put on. Comes with a life time warranty on my hitch, and 2 year warranty on my wiring. $376.83 for hitch, wireing, install, 2 warranties, labor and a ball. The Men who work at this U-Haul are very polite, explained everything to me. Took about an hour to hook up.

  I wish i would have read the reviews before coming here last year i used the uhaul company on sheriden they did not have no uhuals availble so they reffered me to come here when i come in they did not explain anything all they did was say you have six hours to have the uhual back and put it back on half a tank so i moved made 2 Trips which where 15 min from each other where i was moving. Stoped put gas in the truck then brought the truck back before 6 hours parked it saw that they had closed at 7 so im confused so i call a number thats on my paper work ask where do i leave keys they say a drop boxed i looked its dark i dont see a drop box so they say just take the keys and return them in the morning and they put it in there notes so next day i bring the keys back the black lady amiesha say ther gas light was on and they lost money cause i brought the keys back at 12 oh and they brought up the miles on the truck lie again they dont want to give people there deposit money back they lie on customers to keep your money and probably pocket it never again will i use them get new employess

  Tanya was amazing. I was having trouble with another store getting a hitch for my vehicle. So I call Tanya store. She not only call around to find my hitch. She called me when it came in. So the staff is on the job. I was in and out for in a hour. Very friendly and knows the job. Great customer service!!!!!!
