After how the white guy that works out in the yard had treated his customers, I would never consider this location as an option to rent from again. It would be realistic to contact the Uhaul franchise office directly to file complaints not this office as they allow this behavior to the same people who pay for the rentals and keep this location in business in the first place.

I stopped by to get propane tanks filled, waited for 25 min, apparently they forgot or were too disorganized. I’m fine with waiting when your busy but not for that long only to have been forgotten. You have to do better. Hope they get their act together.

WoW!!! I came in to get new wiring for my hitch and was quoted about an hour so I decided to hang around and wait. There were some unexpected issues that came up so I ended up being there over 2 hours. Joshua went above and beyond with customer service. He kept me updated on wiring and issues the whole time, made sure I was comfy and had a chair to sit in, even gave me a Gatorade and then finally topped it off with a discount on my bill for waiting so long. I’m very appreciative of all he did. Thank you!
