Moving Helpers here! Bad location and customer service. Tried to say we had an incorrect truck to tow even though we had a Uhaul pickup truck and we do this on the daily. Gave attitudes and took forever to come out to help us. Especially with Ubox help and hooking up to tow. Then tried to put blame on us. Much better locations out there, do not recommend.

jeremy and his wife gabby and rico are AMAZING. TOP TIER. There was a long line and several rude people i mean ridiculous the way these people acted and they handled these rude people with respect and patience, more than what i would have!!!!! you can tell they care and work professionally to get the job done. this location stays busy because people dont want to go anywhere else!!! will be coming back only to this location! Joneboro is RUDE

Tommy Galarza was great!!, good energy, great guy over all, we need more people like him on this earth. He made my whole experience easy, and he made me feel welcome at this location after i had a bad and NASTY IN COUNTER at the U-Haul at 7402 mount zion Blvd. come to this U-Haul and ask for Tommy, great guy!!!
