  "This place is a joke. I had a reservation to rent a pickup truck and I called to let them know I'd be a few minutes late. Then he proceeds to tell me he couldn't honor my reservation anyways!?! What!?! He said they have had 3 trucks stolen and he didn't have one for me. So were you not even going to call me!?! Just let me show up and tell me you have no truck for me??? Not to mention the guy on the phone was not very friendly and acted like he could care less. Uhaul really screwed me over and put me in a bind today. I'm on the phone holding for corporate now. What terrible customer service!"
