  I booked the online reservation, everything was fine until one younger employee told me I had to go inside! I already had my key and logged in online! When I got inside a older employee informed me I was good! I was completely unhappy when I was looking for an apology from the waste of my time. Instead the woman behind the counter gave me a hostile look! When I returned the truck in the proper gas leave, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee! I marked it need to be clean due to an unfavorable smell and Covid is going on! This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this location. I think they upcharge people and just have unprofessional staff! I will make better effort NOT to use this location even if I have to pay more! Either way you will over pay this this location!!! Don’t use! Pay extra! Unprofessional! Don’t bother!!

  I had a great experience at this location when I needed to get the propane tank attached to my RV refilled. The gentlemen there were fantastic. They came right out to help me out, let me go to a different register to get checked out quickly and then omved a U-Haul truck for me so I could easily get out. Overall a great experience and a great place to get your RV propane refilled.

  Would give zero stars if I could. This place is NOT a place to do ANY business with. The management here is rude and unprofessional. I was told to my face that if my destination needed to be changed to call and let them know. I did that and they said it was okay. I was moving from Waynesboro to savannah and the store manager called with an attitude within 30 minutes and said to bring the truck back that night or they would report it stolen. I have a one year old and to be able to make the trip back I had to waste more gas from savannah to bring the truck back. I paid for it for 24 hours. They wanted the trip back before the 24 hours was up. I would never do business with them. And if you use them be prepared for the threats of having the truck you use as stolen.
