  Ordered a custom hitch specifically for my vehicle and paid the deposit. Week and a half later they go to install and said it won’t fit, and they can’t help. Waste of time

  Although service was excellent and expedient, I did not appreciate the disregard to public health and safety at this location. No employee had a mask nor face covering of any sort, and no barriers were in place to protect any customers. I would have left to go elsewhere but I would have been charged for the appointment so I was stuck. If you have any concern for your health or health of your family, I wouldn't recommend this location for the time being.

  The store itself was mostly ok. Some of the boxes seemed to confuse the staff, but the staff aren't cats so I tried to cut them some slack. The after hours return on the internet was a nightmare. It doesn't tell you that you have to take a bunch of pictures when you return it, which it would be helpful to have posted on the key return, something like "Don't lock and return keys until AFTER you have completed the return online". This would be helpful information unless you are intentionally trying to make it so people can't comply.
