The people were kind, however no one explained or notified us of all the strange fees you get charged. We were quoted $67, ended up owing $108 with no explanation as to why. Not sure what an environmental fee is, or why you get charged two rental fees, and a “safe trip” fee even if you’re already paying for the additional insurance.

I came in to get a trailer hitch to put on my truck. The staff was super helpful and made sure I got the correct hitch to fit my vehicle as well as my trailer.

Over the top service! Very informative and helpful staff. Moving truck was in great shape and to top it off they had odds and ends available at checkout which were needed during the move I mistakenly forgot. I will use again and reccomend highly!
