  The staff was the best I've ever dealt with at a U-Haul location. They were able to give me guidance to the services I needed (and only those I needed) and help me with some quirks in the website and app which added erroneous charges. I'll definitely be coming back to this location. I rented a van for 1 day to move some appliances and was able to return just after they closed with the 24/7 dropoff system and the adjacent convenient gas station.

  This was absolutely a 5 star experience. Asked for extending the rental like three times. They answered the phone in seconds and everything was possibly. I rented a Uhaul quite a few times before from other locations, this was absolutely the best. Store and vehicles were super clean, staff was extremely polite and helpful.

  I was very disappointed in the facilities. It is old and rundown and not well managed. I moved all of my things in a unit, only to realize the latch didn't work. This unit should have been examined when the last person vacated and taken out of service. I had to move all of my things to another unit. My last storage place had someone to go with you show you how the closures work and inspect to insure it was ready. Honestly, I will most likely move to another location because I just don't feel good about the conditions here.
