Only one employee working when I got there. I had rented using the "always open from your smartphone" option so literally the only interaction I had with her was going inside to pick up the keys. Somehow still managed to be rude and insult me in those 10 seconds. There was one other customer who was waiting before me. She was on the phone and told me to go around her, so I approached the counter with my phone (which also said "SKIP THE LINE" on it for instructions for picking up the key. I told the employee good morning, showed her my phone, and said I needed to pick up a key. The first thing she said was "she (other customer, still talking on her phone) was here first." I was confused, so she added "that was very rude of you. She was here waiting before you." I explained that the other customer had told me to go around her, and pointed out that I was following the directions on my phone. Hey U-Haul--does your job description for employees who interact with customers include "badly policing customer's manners?" What a wonderful way to start a full day of moving--as if that isn't stressful enough already.

What can I say? Absolutely excellent customer service. Katrina was fast helpful caring funny and respectful. I would recommend this U-Haul store to anyone. Go, even if you are not lucky enough to be helped by Katrina at least say hi tell her what a wonderful person she is.

People renting u haul from this location to use stolen credits at retails, gas stations and supply drugs in Columbus area, i aware manager of these activities call u haul help line to inform no action been taken these attached pictures are of those fraudulent
