Boone UHaul….. what a farce. I don’t have an issue with the monthly charge for the storage unit. I do have a problem that they charge and extra $10/month for 24/7 access and $5/month for a fob to access your unit 24/7… AND on top of that, they didn’t tell me when I asked that the fees were in addition to the storage cost. NOT ETHICAL, U-HAUL! The problem is that demand for storage in Boone far outweighs availability of units. Companies should at least let you know when they’re going to rip you off :(

Never has the trucks I reserve always sends me an email two days before the designated pick up time sending me an over an hour away to get the truck. This place offers nothing.

I would give this place a 0.....while waiting in line we experienced rudeness to other customers from the owner Don. Telling them if you don’t like it get out of line and I’ll take the next person. Once we got to counter we were told that our reservations were cancelled...he didn’t care, next. No sorry or nothing . We were stuck with no where to go; all other places were booked. Please don’t waste your money at this place.
