An employee at this location gave bad information about a trailer hitch hook-up and caused us to waste time, money and energy twice. They didn't allow a rental after reserving it because of a bad review previously left. Avoid this place until better a manager is in place and better trained employees.

These guys were VERY helpful. Answered all our questions, deal with our lack of wxperience with trailers, and were very patient with us. HIGHLY recommended.

Staff was very helpful and kind when I had issues with my rental. I rented a tow dolly and found out I couldn't use it. When I brought it back 30 min later the staff refunded my rental without me even asking. Great customer service, would definitely return. Thanks!!!!!
