I had to move recently and not knowing anything about what sizes I would need or how long or how many miles I estimate id be using..roy amaya was very helpful patient and knowledgeable. He definitely made this step super easy. Another employee was helping someone and it sounds like he was just as helpful. So this location has very helpful staff, easy to find and access and clean vehicles, flexible scheduling and great hours. Thank you so much.

My truck was ready and both fellows that I met were pleasant and professional. However, they would not accept my Amazon branded Visa credit card, and they could not complete a hand written inspection form for the vehicle. They required my cell phone number to accomplish the inspection by sending a link. I do not give out my cell number to anyone for this sort of purpose for reasons of privacy and identity theft protection. Without a conventional method of completing the inspection and contract, I had to cancel my rental. Sorry guys - there's still good reason to keep the paper methods available.

Excellent location. Very large "showroom" well stocked with boxes of every kind. Very friendly and helpful employees. One of the best locations I have visited in YEARS!
