Made a reservation then when I arrived to pick it up. They did not have it available. The only thing they would offer to compensate is a bigger truck which would cost more gas to drive out a city. And 30 additional miles Even though I had to go pick up the dolly myself. Unprepared - apparently clear communication is above the owers pay grade their words not mine.. The best they could offer for my inconvenience was upgrading my vehicle when I didn't need a bigger vehicle. It's going to cost me more in gas for a heavier vehicle as well as they got very argumentative with me... if you have any other options don't go with this location.

Decent facilities.. Some broken flooring tiles. Great local manager who is helpful. Alarm system & restrictions (not 24hr access) a bit overpriced but secure units with cameras.

First they gave me a bigger vehicle but didn't change the price. The problem was gas. I had to go to Lansing and back. This vehicle was 19.95 plus .79 a mile. Because of refilling that tank my cost of that vehicle ended up being 240.00 bucks. That is my only complaint. The vehicle was very clean.
