This location used to be my go to for renting Uhaul in Clermont, no longer now. They don't answer their phone. I waited over 15 minutes on each three call attempts and never got a person. They rent leaking box vans (see pictures) and don't even deal with their insurance company Rep west if you have any damaged items. Rep west insurance will give you the run around. You have been warned! Stay away from this Uhaul facility and check for leaks. Lesson learned!!

I had an 8am appointment and arrived at 7:45 and waited around 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or trying to assist me, when asked a lady told me she can't help and have to wait. I was told the hitch installation would take around 60 to 90 minutes, and around 10 a.m., my car wasn't even in the shop. From the incompetent manager Nick Rodriguez they all very rude but one lady that was the only person that provide an status my car even offered me to take me to get get breakfast. Once my car is ready, no one took the courtesy to let me know , keep ignoring me, and want me to wait until they finished with everyone to give me my keys and receipt. I will never recommend this location.

Moving boxes are the best price here i always used to think Walmart or Lowes would be the only place for cheaper boxes but U-Haul is the best for prices as well as there truck rentals.
