Tried to call three separate times. No answer. When I arrived 10 minutes later employees standing around talking. Asked to be serviced with propane autogas. Employee said he was capable of doing it but was not certified. Debra said only the morning shift was certified to pump propane autogas. What's the point of spending literally thousands of dollars a week and having a national account when you can't get serviced?

Went in to rent a trailer, and they told me I needed an 'approved' hitch. Tried to force me to buy a new hitch for over $400. Went to another location and they said my hitch was fine, even told me my hitch was rated at 5000 lbs. I won't be going back

Unfortunately, I went to my local UHaul (HWY 5, Douglasville, GA) for a hitch and wiring install today for an appointment that was set up over 1 month ago and they told me they had moved my appointment to next week because they still didn't have the parts, but no one bothered to notify me of the situation. Terrible customer service, terrible business etiquette, and incompetence all around. I even went to them this past Tuesday to let them know they had the wrong wiring harness ordered, but I had the correct one and would bring it with me today, and Jessie Eaves (the man I talked to) said they would call or Email me if there were any issues. There was absolutely NO contact made at all. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of business practice. At this point, I wouldn't trust anyone at that location for anything.
