I've been with this U-Haul for 5 years and I just got another email saying my unit is being raised to 99.95 this is 2 times in less than 9 mos my rent has gone up I don't understand why I'm going to clean out my unit and be done with this place ..I am disabled and cannot afford to pay more money for a unit I've had for 5 YEARS! I barely make enuff money on my disability to pay my bills now ..I am very disappointed in having to pay 99.95 for a unit I've had for 5 years ...

I would definitely use them again .I had a reservation for a 6×12 trailer . Good prices and the staff was very friendly.

Very unprofessional credit card machine was broken, the computer went down guy wrote the contact on the back of a piece of paper. We were there for over an hour trying to get a truck, ended up having to pay cash for the truck rental guy never even walked out there with me to inspect the truck. Never again will I ever use another Uhaul truck for our business. Received a bill today for a $25.00 cleanup fee and $35.00 late fee. This is our second time using Uhaul and both times we have had issues. Beware of the extra charges from Uhaul you get what you pay for. I have included the contract from the Hickory, NC Uhaul.
