I rented a trailer from this location December 31, 2021 however I had to return it the next day due to wind advisories in our area when I pulled in the owner Timothy Berger came out to help me. I told him why I was returning the trailer due to Wind Advisories he immediately refunded my entire rental and helped me unhook the trailer on New Years Day too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for services from U-Haul.

I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from the Manager Kiersten. She went above and beyond to help me today! I had just recently installed my new trailer hitch attachment for my wife’s Honda CRV. I had not installed the breaking light system yet, but that did not stop Kiersten from providing U-Haul service/business. She completely installed my breaking light system while simultaneously training/working with her team to assist other customers with orders/issues. I am so appreciate of U-Haul’s help today! I will only be using this Pensacola location going forward.

The employees were extremely helpful and we got set up with a 5x8 trailer that we drove all the way to orange county, California. Had zero problems!
