ROACHES! I've had my things in storage for a few months and haven't had a problem until recently. The units are infested with roaches! Talked to management about it and they said they have been working on the problem but I have to throw out everything because the issue persists. I'm paying too much for a unit to have all of my things infested by roaches. The issue has been goin on for a month now on the 4th floor and it seems the infestation has gotten worst! I would honestly find another storage unit unless you want to waste money getting everything infested! Just wow

To whom it may concern, I have personally witnessed the presence of roaches at the Uhaul Storage Facility on Washington St, in Downtown. Toledo, OH. I saw them crawling throughout the aisles (floor & walls), some both dead and alive. I am truly concerned for the safety of my belongings. This is unhealthy & unsanitary for Uhaul’s customers and I am disgusted by the idea of an infestation amongst my treasured possessions. Uhaul has never contacted me concerning my things. This is poor customer service, but most importantly shows the lack of care Uhaul has for its clients & customers. Please do something about this! (These are screenshots of the videos I took, won’t allow me to upload videos here)
