If I could give 6 STARS I would !!! Keith and his Team were helpful in assisting a rather large move from Arizona to Missouri and back to Arizona. We could have lost quite a bit of high value items and even more sentimental items that are priceless. They were patient, accommodating, and very understanding in regards to our situation and not once did they make us feel as if were no longer valued customers since we were moving out. I almost wish I could leave a few items here just so I could continue to be a customer to them. GREAT JOB KEITH and THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

The trailer I had reserved hadn't been returned so the manager on duty contacted another location -no luck. He made sure I had a trailer at a very good rate as I needed it to be ready to go and leave town by the time they opened the next day.. Then came the even better part. I had a blown fuse and, despite it being after closing time, he helped me locate the fuse and get it replaced so I could be on my way. Solid move. This required 3 people googling it, manuals, and a phone call. This was the kind of customer service you got in the 90s and I miss that. Also, when I dropped it off, there was a gentleman that helped me problem solve getting the trailer off the hitch because it proved to be a challenge I couldn't figure out. Absolutely recommend.

Earl from U-Haul was awesome. He really made the process easy for me to get my things packed up in a U-Box. He even went above and beyond by staying late so we could get my things safely stored away after hours. Thank you Earl!
