Ordering a hitch + install at U-Haul is about the best deal you can find. The employees were all very friendly and everything went well with the install. -1 star due to the online booking communication. I chose and booked an available day and time, then a few days later got a text reminder of my appointment, but it was actually an entirely different date. Be very careful and read any text updates you get to see if the day changed (it wasn't very clear in the message that it was a new date). Fortunately the new date worked for me, and maybe it was due to the parts not coming in until a later time. Only $5 to add lifetime warranty for the hitch which seemed worth it to me!

The manager at this location is a serious d**khead. I have been dealing with Uhaul for 40 years and I have never had such a negative experience. I went to this store to get a propane tank filled and was told I had to help with the process of filling my tank. When I asked why, I was yelled at and asked to leave. The home office really needs to screen their staff better at hiring.

Rented here several times. On a couple of occasions, I have had extra charges added to my bill that were not legitimate. I've tried contacting them (several times) about the extra charges but I have never received a response. If you have to use them, make sure you check over everything closely and that any discrepancies are documented.
