Their units are amazing and their staff is second to none, they are understanding about late fees and will waive them every so often if you catch a bad break; tonight I forgot my card, didn't know/couldnt find my access code on my profile and I managed to catch Crystal on her way to her car, instead of brushing me off and going home to relax like I'm sure she wanted to/could have cause it was after 7, she went above and beyond to get me my code AFTER SHE HAD CLOSED, you don't get service like that a lot of places now-a-days, give that woman a raise and promotion she deserves it 😀👍

The staff has been very friendly and understanding when I am going thru life. They are always willing to work with me when I'm in need. So glad I found this place ,could ask for anyone better. Thank you all at u-haul.

Don't get a storage unit here. Go anywhere else. Never again with this poorly managed place. Sketchy people working there. Locking a person's unit when it was fully paid for week before due date and not one person including the manager even knew how, why, when, or who locked it. I paid every single month for a year and they tried to say I was a month behind. Seems like they try and scam people. Don't trust anyone in that office except the redheaded man chris.
