What a fantastic experience!!! Gilbert Moving & Storage moved me from Phoenix to Tucson on a rainy Christmas Eve. Jaime Fernandez led the crew of Justin, Tevin & Jim. Communication was outstanding! The entire team was professional & courteous. They handled my belongings with care and often took the time to ease my worried mind. Moving is NEVER fun, however, Jaime, and his crew were fantastic. Arrived on time, were very fast, and incredibly careful with my things. They were personable, humorous, and finished a few minutes early. They called when on their way and arrived when they said they would. Getting a quote was easy, and they send it to you ahead of time(Maribeth was GREAT). If your inventory is correct the quote is slightly high.... that is refreshing-you NEVER SPEND LESS than planned. Fantastic, local owned business. Strongly recommend. I rarely leave reviews, but this was money well spent.

I appreciate that there were no excess fees, pricing was upfront and easy to understand. They only charge for the time they actually need, not necessarily what they quoted. So, I actually paid less than my quote because the guys were so efficient. My movers were Jaime, James, and Tevin and they were efficient, friendly, and gentle with the belongings that they needed to be gentle with. They took great care with my cedar chest my late grandfather made and taped up my storage bins to ensure nothing would fall out. They were chipper and conversational the entire time as well. I chose this company to support a locally owned business and I am so glad that I did. I'll definitely call them for my next move (which hopefully won't be soon) and highly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.
