  "One of the worst experiences ever. I called to ask if they have storage rooms available at the Easton location. I was informed they did have a room on the 2nd floor and FOR THAT REASON I made a reservation for truck + storage room, with truck picked up from another location in order to bring load to Easton for storage. I gave my payment information over the phone and received a confirmation. The reservations also showed on my U-haul account. When I arrived at the destination (Easton), late in the evening, I was told that all rooms are occupied and they did NOT have a room for me. I was unapologetically told that room reservations have to be confirmed with the facility! They completely failed to grasp that internal U-haul logistics should not be the customer's concern. I paid for a service that I did not receive and they made ZERO effort to compensate for their failure. It is completely unprofessional and downright shameful to place a customer in that situation. To add insult upon injury, the next day I received a voicemail from them (Brooke) informing me that they canceled my reservation for storage. The same lack of professionalism and care for customers was revealed when I pointed out that one of the rear wheels was missing a huge chunk of rubber from the sidewall. Their answer: 'ah, that's nothin'. I strongly doubt this kind of sidewall damage to a load-bearing, commercial truck tire - photo attached - would pass state inspection because it is a safety issue."
