They are very unprofessional. I received the truck on 7/8 fuel and returned it the same exact. When I returned the truck the guy refused to check me out and said it wont be until the next day. I didn’t know receive the check out docs until 2 days later and guess what? They charged me fuel. Someone else deff drove around the truck for those 2 days and charged me for the fuel. Scammers!!

Busted up, barely functional trucks. We asked for a storage unit outside but there weren't any available, so we settled on a first floor indoor unit. After we loaded the truck, we come back to find out we have the farthest unit from the elevator on the second floor. Another renter had to let us in because our code didn't work even after going back to the office to double check it was correct.

Called 5 times with no answer so decided to go to the location itself, just to get a question answered. I had called right before I went in just to make sure they weren't closed or something. no answer again. Walk in to the employee sitting next to the work phones talking on her cell phone uninterested in helping buying customers. I asked if the phones were messed up she said no they were just busy. As I was the ONLY customer in there, that was a lie. PPL just need to do better. its ridiculous.
