I’m disappointed in the customer service I received by the general manager of this location on 12/31/21. I have been a repeat customer spending a couple hundred dollars in supplies while preparing to sell my house over the last few months. I have never had a quality or customer service issue until now. Two days prior I bought two lay down wardrobe boxes. I used one at home, filled with regular clothes and when attempting to move the box it ripped approx 1.5-2” down the side seam. Under normal conditions using as intended, this box became damaged because of poor quality. I cited these issues when speaking with the general manager and he refused to accept the return. Again, I pointed out the poor quality and he states “ even Walmart won’t take a damaged box back” and then said something about Walmart having even worse quality. He continues to adamantly refuse the return and would not offer store credit. I found his response to me incredibly unprofessional dismissing my concerns as the customer in an attempt to be right or get the last word or whatever. As a result, I will no longer give this local business my business and will have to take action with my credit card company out of principle because the GM had no interest in making the customer whole. Do business with this location at your own risk.

Went in to rent a trailer with my mom, after they took pics of hookup they made her pull up to the side of the building to take additional pics. Weird thing to do they never made me pull up somewhere to take additional pictures. Couple days later I went back again they did not do this extra step. Kind of discriminatory to make my mom pull up for another photoshoot... it was like they didn't think she could drive a trailer or something.

We rented a Uhaul truck here for 1 day. They have a lot of trucks for rent and the customer service staff are very helpful in advising items you'll need and ways to move items. The return check-in was as fast as it could possibily be.
