Had a little trouble with the app, but I went into the store and Chris was very helpful. Then returning was the easiest thing I've ever had to do. It was worth driving the extra mile to this location to work with this crew.

We rented a truck as well as storage units from this facility. Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

We appreciate the understanding and helpfulness of the staff here. However, it would be nice to have a better price on our storage unit for our long term items. If our unit was heated or chilled I could understand the cost?
