This is the second time that I've rented a truck from this location. They always are extremely friendly and helpful. Even when I had to wait for my helper to get off work they were very patient and kind when I called them.

I love this place. The guys that work here are great. Very friendly and talkative. A shout-out to PK (probably not how it’s spelled, but you get the idea). He was so upbeat it really put a smile on my face. Easy propane refills. Keep up the good work.

Terrible service, overall awful experience. I've been charged twice now for my truck rental, it has been impossible to even get through to somebody by phone to amend it.They have not responded to my email from last week. I picked up the truck and it was on Empty, it had 0 miles to the gallon left, and when I went to return the truck, the key didn't even fit in their drop box, so I had to sit there on hold forever just to find out what they'd like me to do with the key. I dropped it off with a half gallon which they do not reimburse.
