  Outstanding service! My husband and I bought our first house last month and this company was recommended by a friend for our move from the apartment that we lived in for 9 years to our house. Austin came to the apartment to see what needed to be moved and gave me an estimate on time and cost and a meatloaf recipe too! A day before the move I found out that our street (under construction) would not be accessible due to concrete pouring for new curbs and driveway aprons and the movers would have to park on the side street. I was in panic mode, but called Austin to let him know about the situation, and he said they could still do the job. What a relief! Jason and Justin did the move and I gave them a tip just for showing up. They laughed about that and said it was unusual to get a tip BEFORE the process of moving. I enjoyed working with them so much. It took longer than originally expected, but they laughed and talked while sweating and moving and it was obvious that they enjoy their job! I had to push them a few times to take a break for Gatorade, lunch and cupcakes...and gave them an extra tip before they left. AWESOME JOB! THANKS SO MUCH!

  Baker Home Delivery did an amazing job delivering our furniture from Furniture Row. Our delivery people, Brad and Carlos, were not only professional but very careful with my furniture. I will definitely ask for these two workers again if I used this service. Austin does an amazing job managing the deliveries so you can expect your delivery in the window that Austin has set up for you. Great job Brad and Carlos!! Thank you Austin for hiring these fine gentlemen.

  5 Stars isn't enough, but it's all I can give. Everything about our delivery was perfect. First, due to my own schooling foul up, I had to call and request delivery after 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday! I figured there was no way that could happen with less than a week's notice, and that I would have to reschedule. But Brenda was fantastic- she listened to my scheduling issue (We were moving from Connecticut and couldn't get to Green Bay before 3:00 on the day our two mattresses were being delivered) and said she would make it happen- to welcome us to her city- Green Bay- and she did. Brenda was terrific. She gave us a 3:45-5:45 delivery window- which was perfect! I can't thank her enough. Then, on the delivery day, the actual delivery and set up of our two beds was fantastic. The driver called me at 3:30 to let me know they would be there in 25 minutes, and they got there just when he said, at 3:55 (remember our delivery window started at 3:45-this was perfect) The two delivery guys were fantastic! Very friendly guys- They were quick setting up both beds on the frames they delivered - and they took away all the packaging, etc. and did everything so much faster than I would have ever expected. You hardly knew they were there! A thoroughly perfect and professional experience. This could not have gone better. You'll never have a better delivery experience than you'll get with Baker Home Delivery. And we are excited to be moving to Green Bay! Go Pack Go!
