We’ve rented from this location and have ALWAYS been pleased with the level of service we receive! Jessica is always very helpful, attentive and professional! I’ve also interacted with Daniel Smith (I wasn’t fortunate to have met the other Daniel who works there) who was also very polite! Last, but certainly not least, the owner, Kyle is phenomenal! Very humble, courteous and ALWAYS going above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy and have everything we need! I highly recommend this U-Haul location!

Becareful renting trailers from this location. TheY advertise a set price for 24 hours. I originally rented the trailer at 1:49 pm on Wednesday. I returned it at 2:45 on Thursday. They charged me for another full day. I ask about the charge and Heather claimed it was automatic. Its about customer service. The additional charge was unnecessary. They lost a customer over $37. Charging for a full day when the trailer was returned 1 hour late, is ridiculous. I offered to pay for the hour and was told no matter what they charge full day. Do better!

Pleasant & helpful employees, but vastly over-priced. This American icon is only 2 miles from the house, so I use it as necessary. Be very aware of excessive mileage fees.
