Gentleman with the glasses told me he had to charge a minimum of 50 miles even though I was going 16 in total. Went to Farabee dr and was told that is and was never a policy. Horrible customer service here, would not reccomend.

I Bishop Royalty Jones- recommend this place for any of your moving and storage needs Kathy and Ishmael are great people I feel safe knowing that my things are here because of them I have rented trucks vans and used their storage several times and they have always been wonderful to me they are my extended family and I pray that everyone feel the same as I do when God stands people in your life they are added as family

The worst experience in my life! When I arrive the customer service just told me my appointment is canceled! No one is available for installing the Hitch. And just let me to go to another site in west lafayette, when I arrive west lafayette the customer service just says it’s not their business!!!! You made a mistake, ok, as long as you told me you can fix it either by asking manager to find me another worker or set up me another. But no, they just say I need to reschedule to next week or call manager by myself. What?! I applied two days off in my company and my wife need to start new position after two days. They totally ruined my plan, threw the mistake they made on me, even didn’t saying a sorry to me!
