They make you wait forever then like to enforce their own rules on propane fills. Woman took out tools and started gouging into my tank. She wouldn’t fill even though the tank was just recertified with the previos 2 months. Go somewhere else for your propane!

I have been going into this U-Haul for about 20 plus years. I have always received good service here. Lately it seems like they're just too busy to help me. I try to go someplace else when I can because of this. I don't know if it's just what's going on around the times right now or what. But, I seem to be very unimportant as a customer. This morning a lady was at the service around 8 am. She told me "they" would be with me soon, no one else was around. Very disappointed. 😟👎 So I just left.

Friendly helpful staff! I was in and out no issues. Didn't need the truck as long as I thought and they refunded me the difference. I didn't even know that was a thing! Very trustful staff. Truck was in great repair we had no issues with it whatsoever
