Alyssa...the manager, extremely poor with customer service and helping her staff. My truck rental got changed an hr before my pick up time. No explanation for this inconvenience. Was told to take it or leave. I'll be speaking with the actual U-haul corp and go above her. Her support staff was so kind and helpful...I truly feel bad for the load they are left with. I had zero choice but to take what was avail because I had hired help waiting. Lines are long here and my truck was filthy (but smelt good) and had damage in many places. You better believe that I will not be back!

We needed a 20' truck for a move to the Midwest from Florida. I'd read so many negative reviews of Uhaul but they were our only option as moving companies were too expensive and quite frankly, we wanted control over our things. This place was such a smooth, easy way to go from the beginning. We stayed in touch with them, they stayed in touch with us and our reservation was there and ready for pickup just as we needed it to be. No problems at all. The people that work there were kind and friendly and very helpful. As for the truck and the trip, we had no problems whatsoever. We made it from Florida to Nebraska in two days (a 22 hour drive). The truck never once gave us any issues, problems, or troubles. It was a very smooth, easy ride including through the Monteagle Mountain in Tennessee. The brakes worked great, we kept an eye on the oil and transmission fluid but had no issues. Even the gas was cheaper to fill than we had anticipated. We highly recommend Uhaul if you're a do it yourself-er. I was paranoid with all the negative reviews I had read but we had such a positive experience that I worried for nothing. Definitely recommend!
