As a woman I feel awkward writing this review on the male manager at this location. For two days now We’ve been trying to rent a truck from this location to pull a boat that is clearly in the capacity of trucks ability. TWICE now, the people of the corporate office informed me that the truck can pull up to 6000 pounds. My boat is 3200 pounds. Im just highly confused on how a man doesn’t know the difference between a half ton truck and a quarter ton truck. I think it’s important for this U-Haul company to train this man & all employees in knowledge on what the company policy allows for. Disappointing that we’ve used U-Haul for a very long time and being turned down twice at this location by the manager has just pushed us to go elsewhere.

Came here to pick up some boxes for a move. Once I decided on the size of boxes I needed the two gentlemen at the front desk pointed me to the bundle I just purchased and continued to sit and watch me struggle to carry them out to my car, not even offering to hold the door open for me. For reference, I am a 5ft tall woman and purchased a bundle of 20 medium sized boxes.
