  In all honestly I wish I could leave zero stars. I’ve always treated other people’s belongings better than my own as I am in the real estate industry and constantly am in other peoples homes but unfortunately not everyone does the same. I had scheduled them to move my dads garage contents as we had previously moved the house with another company who was unavailable the week we needed. The workers moving things were good the management and owner is where the issues were. The straps the movers had were poor quality and possibly not strapped correctly as one of the tool boxes we had them move fell over and ruined it. I called the office 3 times before I could get a response from management who was not concerned I sent detailed photos and was told the photos were not of good enough quality to determine the damage. The first offer was to take 1/2 and hour off of the total the total which we were told would be $419 we said $85 would not cover or come close to covering replacement. The manager supposedly contacted the owner and called back saying the best they could do would be $190 off the total move out of wasted time and frustration we agreed. Guys came back from the truck with paperwork stating the total move was $530 well over the $419 we were told was the total. Management was unprofessional and bad customer service. I would think twice before using them and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to my clients or friends. Photos attached of damage.

  Good morning, this is Steve the owner. Thank you very much for your time on the phone the other day and working with me so we can do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of and to your satisfaction. I appreciate the cordial and respectful conversation we had. I do apologize for the issue with the toolbox. As we discussed, the crew was at the end of a very long and hot day and apparently they didn't completely fasten in one of the toolboxes and it came loose. I will personally make sure that we get you taken care of and to your complete satisfaction. I do want to be fair to everyone, and that includes us so it is worth mentioning that the amount we refunded to you was given to us by your father. He said what he would require to consider it to be a fair refund, we agreed, and the amount was refunded promptly. The terms did not come from us and I did speak with Tyler that evening, he told me what your father said he needed for it to be fair, and I agreed. Tyler called you back and the issue was believed to have been resolved and to your satisfaction. Also, you did call three times, this is very true, but you called three times within four minutes. Tyler sent me a screen shot of the call log and you called three times between 7:04 and 7:07, and he returned your call at 7:11, only seven minutes after your initial call. Tyler was on the other line with another customer so I apologize for keeping you waiting, but I believe seven minutes is a fairly quick response time. Thank you again so very much for your patience, and cooperation! Steve

  Being serviced by A1 was a beautiful thing. Although they arrived a little late, I met 2 very nice young men. They came ready to work so I dived right in with them. Once we arrived to the new location Tyler met us there and then there were 3. The move went pretty fast and after unpacking, only 2 things were broken. All in all, If I were to move again, they would be the only one to move me. Thanks to all you for doing a great job!

  I can’t say enough great things about A1 and my moving experience. They were efficient, treated my items like their own, and were just overall fantastic! For all of my local or long distance moves, I won’t use anyone else. Thank you for taking the stress out of my move!
