I went to get my propane tank filled today and the girl that assisted me didn't know what she was doing. After she connected it to the machine, a cloud of propane came out. She started screaming at me that I had a bad tank and pulled the emergency switch. A guy came out and told me that my tank was bad and had to exchange it at mobile exchange and was not safe to use. Turns out, she never opened the valve on my tank before she turned the machine on to fill it. The customer service was terrible and it was an unsafe situation. Will not be going back to this location.

I've been here several times and I've had decent customer service the times I've gone, the parking lot is aweful, the neighboring business owner will yell at you if you can't turn around and threaten you like he did with me and the U-Haul rep. The trucks themselves are ok, not the best or worst and as long as you don't get blamed for previous damage or cleaning needed(always take pictures before you leave of the hookups and trailer or vehicle itself)

Bad customer service. Please be ware when looking to rent a storage unit and or truck. I would drop the name of the person, but that's not important, however what matters most is that their Customer Service sucks!!
