Rented me a van, charged me for the van, did not have any keys or employees on property. Had to call a help line and sit on the phone for half an hour until finally she got me a van at a different location. Doesn’t seem like this one is actually in business.

Do not rent storage here ever. I was so happy in the beginning to rent my storage. But soon as I clear it the nightmare begin. Customer service never answer. I paid fully and left before time. Waiting time on phone is hours. They sent emails and letters with payment notice. And even sent a letter to my landlord that they will put lean on the house. Seriously? Never again.

Management lacks integrity. Please don’t lie and tell me you called me back after I asked to speak to a manager. We all have cell phones that show missed calls. Nothing worse than a liar.
